This machine is used for sealing or packaging plastic or laminated ready pouch and bag .the bag edges are placed between the two rollers driven by electric motor which pulls the bag to be seal by the heating plates and passed with several roller which are moving and gives a bag or pouch a perfect 8-10 mm aesthetic seal. Machine temperature and speed of conveyor which carries the bags can be adjusted with the switch provided on the machine.

The band sealer is an automated form of a heat sealer with a conveyor belt. Driven by a motor controlled by a speed regulator, bags of unpacked material are filled into a Teflon heating element which seals the ends of each bag via thermoplastic melting. This conveyor belt can be height adjusted based on different product needs
